This screening process includes:

Telephone Screening:

Our initial telephone screening ensures that the candidate has the required skill set and gives us a first glimpse at their personality.

In Person Interview:

This process ensures that we present only candidates who we have discussed your project with in detail and are a good fit both on a personal and technical level. It is important that we verify the technical ability, professionalism, and enthusiasm of all of our consultants before placing them at client sites.

Reference Checks:

We contact the candidates professional references and gather detailed feedback on their past work performance and interpersonal skills.

Technical Interview:

Ascent Technology Services will either use a skills test or will have a member of our technical staff screen the applicant's technical abilities based on specific client requirements.

Background Check/Drug Test:

If requested, background and drug tests can be provided.
